Founder & General Dentist – Re·gen Smile Studio
A proud Chicago native, Dr. Erin Cho is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care grounded in minimally invasive techniques and long-term health. She founded Re·gen Smile Studio to combine the science of modern dentistry with a personalized, patient-first experience – one that emphasizes both wellness and longevity. As a second-generation dentist, Dr. Erin is proud to practice alongside her father and brother in the suburbs. She was inspired by the warm, family- oriented approach he cultivated in his suburban practice and dreamed of bringing that same family dental practice style to the city.
Dr. Erin earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago through a competitive accelerated program, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. To broaden her training and gain advanced clinical experience with medically complex patients, she completed a General Practice Residency at Evanston Hospital, where she rotated through emergency trauma, anesthesia, pediatrics, and oral surgery.
After tooth extraction, Invisalign can be the perfect solution to close gaps and align your remaining teeth for a beautiful, functional smile.

I did not plan on seeing any dentist today although i have been contemplating on seeing one. I have not been happy with my long time regular dentist so while i was killing time on my phone i decided to search teeth whitening dental facilty and RE GEN SMILE came up and they have an unbelievable promo-- $125 for the teeth whitening procedure that normally cost $300 to $400. Very interested but my concern is the appointment. I decided to call and i was able to be booked that very afternoon. Santa, the front desk staff was even able to painstakenly DIG for my delta insurance since i forgot with whom i signed up for. I realized re gen smiles is a full on dental clinic. The staffs (Santa and Mia) and the dentist (Dr Erin) are so friendly and accomodating. The clinic looks chic. After my procedure i decided that this will be my new and only dental clinic. When i got an estimate on my future dental procedure, i was surprised they are even so much lower in cost! I will be recommending this clinic! PS .. There are cheap easy paid parking just in the next block. Khalfani MakalaniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. See you soon. ❤️💯 DzanaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Looovveed the air polisher during my cleaning, not many offices carry this polisher so I was super excited to get this service! Also can we talk about how this dentist is giving patients Cocofloss goody bags!? These are my favorite dental hygiene products, they’re so premium that I couldn’t even get these samples from the cocofloss booth at the dental convention! Dr Erin really put a lot of thought into this office, definitely will make this my regular dental spot! Thanks again for the exceptional care 🩵 Synthia BadgleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Erin! She is incredibly detailed, professional, and truly phenomenal at what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. The entire team is wonderful, and I especially have to give a shout-out to my girl Santa, she is absolutely amazing! So kind, welcoming, and attentive. The staff really makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Also, the office itself is absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s honestly one of the nicest dental offices I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend. A must try!! 🦷✨

With modern anesthesia and sedation options, tooth extraction is not painful. You may feel pressure during the procedure, but you should not experience pain. We offer various sedation levels to ensure your complete comfort, and we’ll provide pain management instructions for your recovery.
Most patients recover within 3-7 days. Initial healing of the extraction site typically takes 1-2 weeks, while complete bone healing can take several months. We’ll provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth, quick recovery.
For the first 24 hours, stick to soft, cool foods like yogurt, smoothies, and ice cream. Gradually introduce soft foods like mashed potatoes, pasta, and eggs. Avoid hot foods, hard foods, and using straws for at least a week. We’ll provide a complete dietary guide.
Depending on your situation, alternatives may include root canal therapy, dental crowns, or periodontal treatment. During your consultation, we’ll thoroughly examine your tooth and discuss all possible treatment options before recommending extraction.
Wisdom teeth should be removed if they’re impacted, causing pain, leading to infection, or crowding other teeth. Many dentists recommend removing them in your late teens or early twenties before problems develop and while recovery is typically faster.
Yes! We offer multiple sedation options including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, and IV sedation. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which option is best for your comfort level and the complexity of your procedure.
Missing teeth can lead to bone loss, shifting of surrounding teeth, bite problems, and difficulty chewing. We recommend discussing replacement options like dental implants, bridges, or partial dentures to maintain your oral health and smile.
